Dang it, Laura! It isn't enough that all you kids are growing up so fast. Now you've got to accelerate the height thing, making me look even more like a shriveled up old man! I know you can't remember it, but I used to hold you and Charlie in church when you were fidgety babies. It made me feel so proud that you would settle down and sleep when I held you. I know you'll do well with the surgery. I'll look forward to looking up to you when you get back.
I expect you're probably really nervous right now, not really knowing what it will be like. Shriners Children's Hospital is amazing! They will take great care of you. By the way, I love the background on your blog-- nice choice! :) Get lots of rest this weekend, and enjoy it. I'll be praying for you and your family!
