So far so good.
Another update just in. All is well. She has been stable with no problems. They will be working on her spine for at least another three hours so we will hear more in another couple hours. Love to all,

Hi sweet Laura and Kirk family. I am thinking of you all today. My little sister had this same surgery when she was 13 years old, and she is now a strong adult who can do anything! Know that you are loved and missed here at school. Charlie, I understand this process only as a sibling... I know that you will take good care of your sister and that you will be strong!
