I am going to come out TWO INCHES TALLER! Finally I will be taller than Charlie. Ha! HA!
I am going to the hospital Monday at 6 am. So you can pray for me and I will appreciate it.
My mom says we can get a pedicure this weekend and I can have my toes painted my favorite color pink! Maybe I will get sparkles too.
You can check back anytime and my mom will update this blog while I can't. Let me know if you have any questions and we can find out the answers.

ReplyDeleteHi there Lala! We will surely be praying for you as you have your surgery on Monday. (I have told some other people about you and they will also be praying for you.) Just think, once you add 2 inches, and then later wear high heels, you'll be taller than any of us! I asked DaddyB and Grandy to keep us informed on Monday..."inch by inch". DeleteYes Laura you may very well be the tallest in your class and you will have the best posture as well. Enjoy it while you can. Charlie is trying to figure out how he can catch back up to you. I'm sure Emily won't mind if you pass her up too.

Laura, Gary and I are thinking of you and wish we could be there to support you and your family. I am down in Florida and Gary just drove back to Knoxville from New Orleans. We heard the surgery was succesful and long! Wow though the picture of your spine is amazing...can you believe that was you? I love your blog, what a great idea. You will have to post your progress so we can keep reading all about how well you are doing. We love you Ms. Laura and tell Mr. Charlie he will have to do his stretching exercises to keep up with you if he wants to be the same height!

We are PeeWee and Pete Marchiony, your Aunt Michele's brother and sister in law. Sorry we have not sent you a note earlier, we have been in Florida and been a bit busy getting my Dad's affairs in order. From reports we have heard you have made super progress recovering from an extensive spine surgery. I have had less extensive back surgery and can tell you it does get better! As young as you are it will heal much faster and you will be so glad you had this done. We are saying our prayers for you Laura and for your family. You know this is hard on your parents and grandparents too! From where they sit they would much prefer to have this surgery than you!! You have a wonderful family and a great support system so all will be right for you very soon. Follow your Doc's orders and you will be up and about soon. We love you and may God Bless You,
